Hey all,

I figure many of you know me on these groups, so I hope/think you won't mind
me plugging the forums on http://www.iheartmypond.com/phpbb. The forums deal
with backyard ponds, critters, plants and fish. We'd greatly appreciate you
checking the forums out.

Perhaps you should have asked instead of posting and asking in the
same paragraph.......Its spam no different than any other, your only
promoting your own web forum, just like you arbitrarily post
adverti*****ts for your wifes business just because yuour a subscriber
to the forums.......your a spammer, plain and simple dude!

To be honest there are tons of better forums run by folks with open
minds and more knowledge than all of you clowns put together in
rec.ponds and the forum you mention.

Newts, koiphen, koivet are just a few..............but no, y'all are
afraid to go to them forums as you all would not be able to get up on
your soap boxes due to the amount of folks that actually know
something there on those forums.............as compared to wanna bes
on rec.ponds.

As long as (some of) you goldfish people are paying attention I have
a minor administrative announcement. I run the puregold list for Ingrid
and for almost two years now Verizon has been rejecting all majordomo
mailing list traffic as spam some or most of the time (it seems to
come and go). After nearly or 18 months of hamming on them they've finally
whiteleisted my mbz.org domain and I can get car mailing list traffic through.

So, if any of you people are having problems with delivery of a puregold
subscription and you use Verizon a) now you know why and b) bug Verizon
to whitelist aquaria.net as well.

We now return you to your regularly scheduled pithy succinct screaming.

Roy, thanks for your feedback. I did recommend my wife's business on
rec.ponds once, because I thought the people there would be interested. As I
remember, I didn't post her web site, nor her phone number, just a note
about what she offered, and an open invite to contact me to get in touch
with her. I didn't wildly or randomly post in bulk.

As for the forum plug, I don't consider it SPAM because I believe it is on
topic for this forum, and may be helpful to others. I agree Koivet and the
like are great sites. I read there often.

You are often critical of rec.ponds, which is fine. We all have our
opinions. I think rec.ponds is a great place, and an open to all opinions
there.

week ago only to find that half the links are broken. Perhaps you
