Default Virgin Group Sign Deal with Paul G. Allen's Mojave Aerospace

They should save their money. Its not going to work.

Nobody's going to risk his life and spend 200 Grand for a few minutes of
weightlessness in a glorified 4th of July sky rocket. If its not a true
orbital flight lasting a few days, nobody with enough smarts to have a
loose 200 Grand laying around is going to give it a second thought.

I believe that you are wrong. I don't know and frankly don't believe
they will get enough $200,000 customers to pay off the development
costs but I expect they will get a few customers.

Then, perhaps, after they have processed the "cream" of the
market availability then possibly the price will drop.

Certainly the price will drop. Considering that Russia has sold a few
orbital flights for a price a full two orders of magnitude higher and with
training time many tens of times longer, $200k and a week or so of training
doesn't sound so bad.
