....I'm noting that quite a few websites I normally frequent are coming
up as inaccessble on the first or second try today. However, a few
refreshes and they come up normal. Probably someone's doing DOS
attacks somewhere and/or that anti-M$ worm's to blame, and things will
shake out in a day or four.

Either that, or Mark's still doing some page tweaking :-)

It's always been a shame how piss-poor the US did with the civilian nuclear
program. Consider if we had followed France's plan and had a standard
nuclear power plant design.
