TSA (Totally Stupid Agency) fails again

Yea, that's a newer change. The $10 envelope was something I heard on
the radio last year, maybe around Thanksgiving? I believe the retry
is only one shot though, fail twice and they do the entire
pull-your-pockets-out thing.
