No, dear. "Nonsensical usage" in this instance is a sentence like this one:

"What you see here is less defending than simply presenting. Once

The sentence has a lot of words in it, and it "looks" "intelligent", but it
doesn't really say anything substantive.

And, considering the source, you can likely expect much, much more where
that came from.
