Flair Puppeteer Building Questions

Hi,

To all the Puppeteers out there!

Building according to the plan, the space between the engine bearers
is only 25mm. I am intending to use an OS 52FS which requires a
mounting space of 32mm.

Do I simply remove minimum amount of the bearers to fit it in?

Which is preferred for fixing the engine to the bearers: Nuts and
bolts or screws?
