1. Name one independent scientist not employed by or under contract by NASA
who has been invited by NASA to scientifically peer review the raw Mars
data.

2. Why if NASA is operating under the auspices of a
government agency and their data belongs to the United States government is
Dr. Malin allowed to claim ownership of the raw Mars photographic data?

3. Why doesn't the space shuttle say "property of the US Government"?

The body responsible is the General Accounting Office, which has high
credibility with most UFO believers, since it instigated an independant
review of the Roswell case.

is subject to peer review, and peer review is conducted primarily to award
funds on the basis of scientific merit."

Because Malin Space Science Systems is one of the main contractors on the
Mars missions. The photos were taken on equipment developed and manufactured
bt Malin, the results were processed at Malin's laboratories, and are
published by Malin. Any photographer will assert copyright over their own
material, and allow its use under licence, just as Malin does.

Name ONE scientist who is not under NASA contract or a NASA employee who has
seen Malin's raw Mars data.

You can't, because there isn't any.

results are carefully scrutinised by the scientific community, and the

former ASCB President, Donald Brown, of the Carnegie Institution of
Washington, and including Ursula Goodenough of Washington University, Steven
Harrison of Harvard University, Anthony Mahowald of the University of
Chicago, Elliot Meyerowitz of California Institute of Technology,
Christopher Somerville of Stanford University and the Carnegie Institution,
and Andrew Staehelin of the University of Colorado.

They sure sound like independent scientists to me...

Results? How is NASA's researsh results equivalent in examining and peer
reviewing the RAW data?

It isn't. So stop with the NASA double speak for which they're famous.

You really don't have much grasp of the process of peer review, do you? What
are the reviewing panel going to do, look at a long list of ones and zeroes?
The way it works is, you do your experiments, you publish your results, your
peers review them, and that's how we learn things. What do you think they
were reviewing, a bloody press release? I don't think a panel like the one
listed is likely to be satisfied with that, do you?
