Default UFO in Firefighters Handbook? Sorry to disapoint . .

There is no info, and there has never been any info from a disaster
manual out of a fire department that explains what to do in the case
of a UFO invasion, or anything like that.

I am a Fire Department employee who loves Sci-Fi, and who does not
discount the possibilities of Aliens in space . . but the books
contain no info on them. Any info you have read on UFO websites or
newsgroups is nothing but fan fiction or the equivilant of it. All
the suspicious video that you see of UFO activity is nothing more than
U.S. Government test grafts they are experimenting with . . just like
the Black Bird, and the current Stealth bombers, and others.

Something that always makes me giggle is imagining what Farmer Dan
must have thought back in the 60s when he saw the Black Bird scream
over his farm on one of its test flights. : )

What abiout the FIRE OFFICERS GUIDE TO DISASTER CONTROL?

You may want to look at CHAPTER 13.

Follow this link to this online bookseller and read the chapter information.

LINK: http://store.yahoo.com/pennwell/firofguidtod.html

Here is some additional information on who publishes the FOGTDC:

The book you are looking for is the FIRE OFFICER'S GUIDE TO DISASTER
CONTROL, by William M. Kramer & Charles W. Bahme. Published by Fire
Engineering Books a& Videos, Park 80 West, Plaza Two, 7th Floor,
Saddle Brook, NJ 07662.

Be sure to ask for the SECOND EDITION. There is a lot of good general
information in this book, but you are sure to enjoy chapter 13, which
is entitled "Enemy Attack and Ufo Potential." The Appendix contains a
bibliography supporting this chapter.

I hope that you find this information helpful!

The book in question is no longer used by the Fire Department as a reference
guide.

Yet when they realized their mistake, they retracted it from circulation. Now if
only UFO believers could do the same.
