Classic Chevy Information

I have a 94 chevy caprice that won't start. I have a new battery and before
that it was getting me one place and not starting again. I've had a lot of
work done. new plugs and wires the map censor etc.I really need some help
I'm not ride and i'm worried it never going to get fixed...
