swappaing my 4.3 to a 5.7, need help!!!

i have a 94 chevy 1500 that currently has a 4.3 engine. I want to replace the 4.3 witha 5.7 engine instead. I need to know if the wiring harness and motor mounts will match up. Also, will I have to purchase any additional items to complete the job?? thnks for any tips
