It really depends on how you like your cigars.

I prefer mine a little more on the dry side but I don't get concerned about
anything between 62% & 75%.

If cigars get too dry the wrapper might start to get dry and brittle and the
cigar might burn too hot.

If the humidity gets too high, you run the risk of developing mold on the
cigars and if the cigar gets too "wet" the wrapper might split and/or the cigar
will be difficult to light and have a difficult draw.
