Default Another weekend is upon us

Hi everyone;

Today was a very productive day at work. A colleague had to restore
nearly 1TB of data to a Windows 2003 server that had previously crashed
due to a faulty RAID array.

After hours of working at it, the machine kept running out of memory
processing files. I had never seen that sort of problem before so I
opened up a tech support call with our data protection software company
and in a few minutes, a customer support engineer contacted my colleague
and they fixed the problem. The restore is in progress and its working
fine now, although it will take all weekend because that server is slow.

Anyway, for some reason, I had a calendar entry that I had a dentist
appointment after work today, but I never got a confirmation call from
my dentist's office manager so I called there and it turns out, I must
have made a mistake because she didn't have me down for an appointment
today. Weird!

After work today, I stopped by one to visit a cousin who lives near my
parents. He's a few years younger than I am, but he has a disability
that makes it hard for him to work. I offered to pay him a few dollars
to do some cleaning for me, so I picked him up after work, then we went
over to visit my parents.

After we finished visiting my parents, we went to a local seafood place
to eat what for for dinner. I had the scallops and shrimp combo with
french fries and macaroni salad. I my cousin ordered the fish and chips.
We both enjoyed our food.

Then I drove us over to the Target in Cherry Hill because I need to buy
a new bedspread, but they didn't have any that I like. I did buy a new
cordless phone because my kitten has taken some joy in chewing the cord
on my corded phone in my bedroom. Sigh!

Then we went back to my apartment and we cleaned out one of my closets
and my cousin cleaned my kitchen.

Tomorrow morning, we'll do more cleaning. My cousin has a gift
certificate to Ted's Montana Grill steakhouse. They feature bison meat.
We intend to go there for lunch. Then we have tickets to the Temple vs.
Penn State basketball game. After the game, I am going to a friend's
house to decorate their Christmas tree.

On Sunday, a friend and I are getting together to take a mutual friend
out for brunch for his birthday. We plan to go to some restaurant in
Peddler's Villeage that is well known for its Sunday brunch. I don't
know the name of the restaurant though.

Then afterwards, I am going back home and spending the rest of the day
studying for my final exam.

I hope you all have an enjoyable and smoke-free weekend.

<believe me, you don't care>

Ahh, how refreshingly unpredictable, fascinating, intriguing, and
informative. Thank you Martha, your attention to irrelevant data,
insignificant detail, and namby-pamby chit-chat is unparalleled. So
pleased that you took the time to tell the world of your continually
fascinating life as a very dull dweeb. LOL!

We are, however, VERY disappointed that you didn't extol the virtues
of the new(on sale) micro-wave, I think that was once again just your
way of being spiteful and bitchy because you knew how badly The BIG N
wanted to hear about it. Such a vixen.

Have fun at the birthday brunch ménages à trois. And by all means,
Martha, don't forget to file a report.LOL!

Have a troll free wekend, doofus.

TBN - havin' too much fun

Your fascination with my new microwave oven suggests you really do lead
a boring life. So as not to disappoint you ...

Its a Sanyo. 0.7 cubic feet. 800 watts. Food goes in cold, comes out
hot. Only time will tell if this microwave works reliably. Thus far, it
works fine.

I have a spare gigabyte, if it would help.

They're using Outlook 2007, which loses appointments.

Let me guess -- he can't understand numbers or logic because of nicotine deficiency. It's
an increasingly common ailment.

I envy your sophisticated ethnic dining. I had to make do with an Argentinian restaurant
that didn't even have a menu. You told the guy what you wanted. I tried to order an Egg
McMuffin but wound up with home made cheese, eggs, fried bread, guava and some bitter tea
called yerba mate. For dessert, I had a pudding they call flan with dulce de leche on top.
What the hell kind of breakfast is that?

A Korean woman came in and had to speak to them in English. Them foreigners can't even
understand each other. No wonder they're so backward. I don't know why they can't make
regular food like we do.

Next time I'll go to a franchise chain.

Now there's some good eating. If I ate meat, I'd definitely go for bison. The only way to
save the buffalo is by eating it, thereby providing a reason for its husbandry.

Dumb animals don't stand a chance without our protection.

LOL!!

I used to think that it would be a terrible burden to have a baffling,
confused, and weak mind like hypocrite Troll Twinky Shane; but can you
even begin to imagine his arteries? No thank you. The choice between
his arteries and my lungs?? No contest!! LOL!

This gourmand extraordinaire is the Queen of the corporate, 'pre-fab
food', franchises. Ted's Montana Grill?? And how 'bout the "local
seafood place"?? That would be Red Lobster to you and me. Whadda
Schlepp(and a starchy one at that. LOL!!)

Hey Twinky, don't forget the grilled onions and grilled mushrooms on
your char-broiled carcass. Go for the rare cut, you can dip your deep-
fried onion rings into the blood au jus. DAMN, THEM IS GOOD EATS!!

TBN - can't stop laughin'
