I always enjoy telling the wait-staff "and I think I'll have me one o'
them 'genius' beers..."

They get a better tip if they don't ask questions, bring the right
thing, and don't try to correct me for being stupid

(I'm also amazed at how many otherwise smart people took the original
question seriously. I guess my humour's drier than I thought.)
