My Dad likes the Flor de Oliva Grand Cameroon as somewhat mild reasonably
priced smoke. By the box, under 3 bucks a stick. He also smokes the Monte regular #3 DR which by the box comes to under 5 a stick. The Monte definitely fits the bill as a great room aroma cigar...and I think the Ashton and the Davidoff tend to fit that bill as well but fall outside the price guidelines. Also, you may try something with a little more oomph, perhaps the regular line LGC. Also under 3-4 a stick for most of their sizes when bought by the box. It's been many moons since I smoked one but the Temple Hall also was a nice mild smoke which tended to have a nice room aroma. I find as a rule that a maduro has better room aroma than not, but that is my rule, no one elses ![]() looking forward to your posts. -- scott scottw44@bellsouth.net |

Hey StrongBad. Welcome to ASC. I'm a big fan of yours:
http://www.homestarrunner.com/sbemail.html As for Cigars that give off some good aromas, I'd say the Mayorga coffee infused always draws compliments. My wife liked the aroma of the Excalibur Maduros and the guys at work think that my La Veija Habanas smell the best. Bob K |
