Default Diamond Crown Maximus Churchill. (cigar cigars)

Ponied up the dough for one yesterday at pipe puffer. This is an
impeccable smoke, and took me about 2 1/2 hours to go through. This is a
very complex, very tasty cigar that is chock full of "the good stuff..." I
think I'd put this on my A-List. My wife (for our anniversary) Got me a
Davidoff Robusto... (And Paid $42.00 for it in NV). I've had better $8.00
cigars. I mean no offense here to anyone in this group, but there's no way
in hell his cigars could ever be worth that.

It was a sweet gesture, and that meant a lot to me. The Diamond crown,
however, is a king of smokes. It's pretty potent, and doesn't smell the
best, but the taste is first rate. If there's a single color from our
rainbow (or any planet's rainbow) that isn't somehow integrated into that
flashier-than-flashy ring, I think one would be hard pressed to find it.

Great cigar, didn't mind paying $18.00 for the experience.

God bless, Bix..

I find the Diamond Crown line a jewel but too mild for me for a keeper.
I'm glad you appreciated the complexity of flavor that comes from the
many tobaccos used in this line. The Davidoff is a good comparison
which I feel is a better, more complex cigar.
But both cigar lines are mild but flavorful, a good interlude every
several months IMO.

Good review, only two points: you are ready for the big cubans and the
resultant increase in complexity; you smoke very slowly :-)

Sounds like an insult. "What are you, a pipe puffer?"

They only get them in one box at a time here in Orlando. I sure would love
to know the source you guys get for getting boxes of the DC's and the Ashton
VSG's...

Good Review. I have never tried one. However, It sounds as if most here
agree they are a worth the money or at least worth smoking : ) Think I may
have to try a single. However, for the price I may have to wait for some
occassion to smoke it.
