Default Dried out cigars (cigars)

I have received a box of La Gloria Cubana R series cigars
from an acquaintance who did not store them properly and
now they are totally dried out.
Is it worth it to try to restore/humidify them to a halfway
"usable" condition?

If they are completly dried out there is nothing that can save them, course
then the oils that makes the taste have dried out too. And nothing or no one
can bring that oil back, but a divane intervention from God. And frankly
that is a bit too much to hope for.

Even if they come back to 75%...that's still one hell of a smoke!
