There's alot of good info here.
http://www.cigargroup.com/faq/ Coolers and tupperware make great humidors. Keep the humidity around 70% You can regulate the humidity with Propylene Glycol. Buy some (wet, not dry) floral foam and use that to soak up a 50/50 mix of PG and Distilled water. Keep the foam inside your humidor in a small container with lots of holes for air exchange (like a plastic travel soap dish, or very small tupperware with drilled holes). That's my $.02, but you should definitely read the link above and listen to the veteran ASCers too. |

A simple humidor need be no more complicated than a plastic tupperware
container that can be sealed, together with a humidifying device. Pay particular attention to the 'homemade humidifiers' section on the link below. It is the key to storing your cigars properly.
