Default More Cuban sampler suggestions?

My first sampler order from Wal was a great education, and shortly I'll be ready
for more. This time I am asking for suggestions on which vitola to try in
particular brands. Ain't this fun :-) ? I'll be buying two of each.

El Rey Del Mundo
H. Upmann
Juan Lopez
La Gloria Cubana
Por Larranaga
Quai d'Orsay
Saint Luis Rey
Sancho Panza

Feel free to warn me off particular brands and suggest your own.

Thanks,

Demonick

Apart from the typical recommendations you'll be getting from the others, I
personally find these to be great too:

El Rey Del Mundo:
Many like the Choix Supreme, but I do recommend the Lunch Club...one of the
best short Cuban smokes.

H Upmann:
The Magnum 46 is excellent, if you can find it.

Por Lar:
I've heard good things about the Petit Corona, but what I've tried of that
vitola was very inconsistent, young and sour. YMMV.

Quai:
The Panatelas are smooth and refined, great aroma. They aren't the small
type...nearly 7" in length!

SLR:
The PC that someone gave me was very very good, an excellent blend for the
size. Monte who?

+++Other brands+++
San Cristobal:
The fantastic La Punta torp seems very underrated and ignored on ASC, as is
the excellent Principe (small).

Cuaba:
My absolute fave line! The Tradicionales seem to be the best size.

HdM:
The Doble Coronas are a must. The Hoyo du Roi is also good to try, if not
the greatest.

Vegas Robaina:
The Famosos are excellent if you like dark, earthy and woody flavour without
sweetness.

Default More Cuban sampler suggestions? (cigar)

El Rey Del Mundo, avoid unless you want a flavorful morning cigar.
H. Upmann, Magnum 46, tho I had a coupla boxes of the SW (more $)
Juan Lopez, excellent marca but only tried a box of #2 (& reviewed)
La Gloria Cubana, have smoked the lonsdale and good.
Por Larranaga, light and mild, pass
Quai d'Orsay - pass
Saint Luis Rey - Non Plus, Okay
Sancho Panza - Sancho, pretty damn good.
Vega Robaina, clasico is a medium body full flavored with a strong kick.
Hoyo de Monterrey Epicure #2 is a a full bodied fullflavored kick in the pants.

My .02

Thanks for the suggestions. I've smoked a few of those mentioned.

I've tried the H.Upmann Magnum 46 - Thanks Tom Nelson! I found it very good and
fairly strong.

Also tried a Vegas Robaina Famoso - Again, Thanks Tom Nelson! Excellent though
the first half inch was ghastly. I nubbed it with a toothpick until I burnt
myself.

I found the one Hoyo de Monterrey Epicure #2 I smoked somewhat underwelming,
though I did not formally review it.

Thanks,

Demonick

Just as good (maybe better), while smaller, is the Demi-Tasse....IMO.

A pretty good list.

I'm not terribly keen on the Por Larranaga; IMO it's one of
the weakest Cuban brands in terms of quality, complexity and
smoking satisfaction.

Looking at that list, it occurs to me that you might want to
think about a large-size sampler. With the exception of the
Juan Lopez, all of the brands listed make some pretty good
Churchill or Lonsdale vitolas.
