Default Punch Royal Selection 11

Aside from the Juan Lopez Seleccion 1, the Punch Royal Selection 11 is another
unusual one that loses its greatness as it ages. If you can get these with no
time on them, smoke em up right away, its one of the truly greats. It has all
the succulence the fresh JL 1 has but peppery. Another one of those wonderful
slide-top box cabinets. Dontcha just love that little ceremony - hooking your
finger under that golden ribbon, come to poppa. Anyone else got ones not to
age? Sandy

I must disagree with you, I think they age fine. I am still working on a cab
from about 3 1/2 yrs ago. A more refined taste than, for example the Punch
Punch. Excellent with coffee in the morning.

I find the RS11 stronger than the PP or BP......with the SS the only
of the Punch CG's being stronger. But I agree with you on the
"ageability" of the RS11.......not one that I stock to age, but the
older ones that I have smoked have been delicious. For my tastes, they
are a little rough around the edges when young.
