Review-Honduran Factory Corojo-toro natural (cigar)
The bundle arrived yesterday and I smoked one right off the truck.
Overall appearence is good. The wrappers are lightly viened and
flawless. The natural's color is a medium brown. The cigar is firm and
draws well (sometimes a problem from JR mail order).
The first inch is a little ho-hum but it rapidly developes into a much
more full bodied smoke until the last inch or two, where it gets a
little milder again but remains pretty good. If I had to draw a
comparison I'd say it is a combination of a Belinda Exquisito and a La
Veija Habana. More complex than the Belinda and not as powerful as the LVH.
The ash burned straight as can be all the way down. This cigar also
seemed to last a long time, maybe an hour and a half.
I smoked a second this morning and had the exact same experiences.
Overall a very good smoke and certainly very affordable. I'd like to
try the Maduro now because they have a Costa Rican wrapper, and I've
liked some of those.
If anyone has gotten the Maduros, I'd be willing to trade some for the
same # of Nat's.
