Default review- montecristo white (torpedo shaped one) (montecristo tip cigar cigars)

just a quick review-

the cigar was very nice to look at, solid construction, very well done
pointed tip. wrapper was very smooth, silky even, and no prominent
veins.

the burn was a little uneven at first, but even out after about an
inch.

unfortunately, the taste was almost nonexistent. I found myself double
and triple puffing, trying to will more flavor into my mouth. their
was a slightly bad finish to it, almost grassy (though i'm not one for
detecting specific flavors).

the flavor built slightly at the half way point, but i was still very
disappointed.

maybe folks that like mild tasting cigars could appreciate these, but
at the price-over $10- i dont see these being well liked..

anyone else have any thoughts on these, maybe i got a bad one?

I smoked one Wednesday and enjoyed it. It had an uneven burn, but I credit
that to under humidification (It was a gift that the giver left in a bag for
2 weeks). I thought the flavor was mild, but it had a pleasant profile that
was somewhat reminiscent of an toned-down Ashton. I think they are
overpriced, but mine was free and I enjoyed it. I'd definitely try another
one if the price was right.
