....because it's gone! I popped it this afternoon while climbing a
hill...crashed my bike in the process. My bike is fine, I'm a bit more of a
mess. Looks like surgery next week to re-attach the tendon, and lots of
vicodin in the meantime.

Will smoke lots tomorrow, since we all now know what cigars do to wound
healing. ;-)

Glad to here that the bike's in good shape though. Remember, flesh grows

Hell no...after this 6 month recuperation, I'm getting back on it!

Goddamnit! I just put a new carbon fork on it today! The fork and frame are
great. Wheels intact. Derailleurs seem fine. The only casualties (other than
my Achilles) seem to be the bar tape and a couple of cosmetic pieces on my
STI levers.
