Tobacco behavior problems (tobacco)
Children who are exposed to tobacco smoke could suffer from more
behavior problems than other children. Researchers from Cincinnati
children's hospital medical center measured the levels of cotinine
found in the bloodstreams of kids who were exposed to at least 5
cigarettes a day. Cotinine is produced when nicotine breaks down in the
body. Children who had higher levels of cotinine tended to have more
problems at home and at school than other kids. Check out this video,
