I guess I will have to invest in a couple of VI's to find
out. Maybe I was unlucky and grabbed a couple of
(comparative) duds. Most of my experience with Cohiba came
from the robustos and the Siglo III and IV.

Now the Cohiba robusto can be a tasty and complex cigar, as are the
Esplendido and Corona Especiale.

Recently the Bolivars have tamed out a bit. The londsdale used to be a
kick ass smoke. Now, medium body only, as are the Chuchills. For
strength you need the Partagas line or certain other vitolas.

I'll admit it's been a while, but I remember the Bolivar #3
as a feisty little powerhouse. Have they mellowed as well?

Alas, yes. The not so smart people at Altadis/Habanos have modified the
ligas, turning tigers into pussycats.
