Default revisado 10/3 (partagas)

Hello everyone,

Apart from the fact that some people think I want to rip them off; i have
another problem.

Friends got back from Cuba and bought me this box of montecristos nr1 in the
partagas factory. at the back of the box there is no code like always;
instead it reads "revisado" and thereunter "10/3"

What does it mean??

rgds

Filip

Why allude to a situation without being fair enough to give the
details here Filip ? When you posted on ASC your inability to find a
specific book about cigars that was apparently unavailable where you
live, I responded that they are available from several internet
companies here, and even provided a link to some new and used. You
emailed me stating that they don't ship internationally (which turns
out to be false). I offered to purchase and send it to you. This I
did, at my own expense. When was this ? Back in December ? Since then,
you claimed to have sent Euros.....not received. Then you claimed to
have sent USD....not received. BTW....this is the *first* and *second*
instance of failure to receive mail from the continent *EVER* IME.
Then, when I emailed you the other day (almost 2 full months after I
did *YOU* a favor) letting you know that I have yet to receive
anything from you, how do you respond ? You asked for my bank routing
number and my bank acct. number. I may be naive (kind?) enough to
offer to help someone out that *claims* the need, but the likelihood
of my transmitting the information necessary to empty my bank acct. is
nil. And BTW...at no point did I claim you are trying to "rip me
off"....I merely notified you, politely, that I have yet to receive
payment, and then let you know that I don't give out my bank
information to complete strangers. You should be ashamed that *I* had
to email *you* to let you know that I hadn't received payment after so
long a period of time. An upstanding person would have communicated
within a reasonable period of time, inquiring. I'll tell you
what.....keep the fucking book.....and keep your money since doing so
seems to be more important that meeting your obligations. All in all,
I consider it a very inexpensive lesson in misplaced trust and
mistaken good faith. Ya got me. Enjoy your book.

Hutch,

Pls calm down. i should have added a "smily" to my message.

I do not want to discuss in public, but only want to ask how i can make a
money transfer from europe to usa without putting the money in an envelope.
Anyone knows??

Here in europe/asia it is quite simple: we transfer money from account to
account. and therefor we need the swiftnr of the bank (i.e. international
code of the bank). within 48 hours money is transferred.

We deal a lot with pakistani people: money is exchanged from account to
account. we never had problems.

Pls advise.

Rgds

Filip< pls comment as well about my 2nd problem >

Use an international account from any major Switzerland bank. They
route across borders, for a fee :-)

Please do, I need a break from the political threads. Oh, BTW, send the
money via mail, if you want my opinion.
