today and can't believe how goood they smoke. Maximum taste, no
tapping, no relights, the pipes stay dry, nothing left unburned, ...
terrific technique, kudos !
Still waiting for Premals wonderparcel, stuffed with 10 different
Lakelands and GLPs. I really need a change of pace weedwise.

an inch of snow that came down last night. Winter may have arrived.

Mornin asp regulars! It is -17 here now which motivates me to do
"nothing". Gotta admit I did feel sorry for the dog this a.m. Cats have
it made. Having a bowl of Hines Mixture in a Karl Erik. It is sorta
like having desert before breakfast. Later, back to the virginias and
firstly Haddo's in my new Bonfig. churchwarden with the white stem.
Gads it is beautiful. About 7 in long. One of these days I'll figure

I don't use Google Groups to post, but I sent them a query to add the
functionality (I don't think Google Groups currently has a killfile). It
would be pretty nice if they would add such a feature and make it easy to
use. That way you wouldn't have to sift through the crap to get to the
good stuff! ;-)


Not going back to sleep, but I do get this day off as a holiday. The wife
told me it was *my* day, so I'm spending it as I please. (That hardly
*ever* happens!)

Froze my well-known boss off on the way to work. Smoked a tiny bowl of
Escudo. VA's smoke awesome in the freezing cold. I rarely get bit at
all when it's single-digits... I wish they made a bite-proof pipe.
VA's are pure MAGIC when you smoke 'em right...

Gawsh, I love that kind of revelation...

I'm going to have to save up some money for that Caledonian... The
shipping is horrible, but I want them tins...

filled with some very frightening night mares. I think they will be good
additions to the novel my wife and I are writing.

Re the subject line -- Bub every day's a great day if you wake up in the
morning and can get out of bed. Now if you don't wake up that really sucks. Of
course that's merely a personal opinion. <grin>

Doing a bowl of Abington in my Mauro A. Calabash. This is the first bowl of
the day at 1330 H. Sun's out and shining bright. Temp is 6 degrees out my
front window so my trsty digital informs me --that's minus 14 C) Wind is 11 mph
- gusting to 25.
