Evening ASPers--ML here and two things prevail: one no one has started
an early seating post for the upward curls, and two, I am returned
after Beijing and most recently from Nairobi of all places demanding.
No pipe sightings in either place and I have maintained
station....will head back to Peking in a few days--an older Marine has
gotten himself and others into some trouble by speaking things
inappropriate in any culture-- so it goes and it is as it is.--with a
side trip to HK prehaps, if needed. So here goes: its Apertif in a
nice large full bent Savinelli with a G&T on the side. So before the
ringman bells us for the last act this evening, whats curling up from
your pipe in this early intermission??
