I've been railing about this for years, and I'm still convinced it's the right
way to buy cigars, and this one I've got is just another yard of cement in the
deal. I called Wal Barinow and asked him what he's got on hand that HE liked
smoking at THAT particular time. It was about 2 and a half years ago, and I'm
going to take off to the moon, Alice. He told me (paraphrasing) to "buy these
Ramon Allones Petit Coronas, I can't stop smoking them myself. It's a great
batch, Sandy."

They're not as powerful as their little sibling "small club," but this one
makes up for it in other ways. J.C. I'm telling you if you read this, they're
almost like an RG Tres Petit Lonsdale with a punch, but not quite that
guileful. Just as lush though! The jacket's a medium dark veinless EMS and you
can see the sheeny shiney oil spoiling to get out. The smoke just pours out all
over the place. You could fill a movie theater with half of one of these. One
MORE thing, these are Cabinet Selections. It practically explodes richly,
creamily, silkily smooth, and what is this tempting spontaneous high note,
sparks, it's like exciting sparks. I want to say wood sparks, no, wood and
sweet earth sparks - nothing to do with spice or leather and all that happy
howdy. Its got more to do with soil than gardens of spices. I can't get over
the old fashioned finish - cleaves as it wends with a perfect burn, gray gray
soft ash, flattened coal, thin oily black ring. Hey, this is Sandy reporting I
scored like Wayne Gretzky.
