and even what they smoke!

Kind of like a brisk walk on a cold day

Time to light up again.

or maybe not

All would be a good thing that I wish I could experience. Imagine no more
chemical & perfume smells - awesome. Reducing appetite and taste would keep
us all at healthy weight levels.

not really

persistent coughs, not really typical

Sounds like the fast food crowd

yellow stains on fingers and teeth
ever heard of soap and toothpaste?

and decreased sense of taste and smell. I wish.

I've seen the exact opposite - smoker's never getting the flu or a cold.

More propaganda but not something real men talk about.

It appears to be more of a matter of life style. Those that are fit,
exercise and eat right tend to look younger that those, be it either smoker
or non-smoker, that don't.

Based on the inaccuracy of what was discussed so far, I'm sure the rest is
just more propaganda. In other words blah, blah, blah, blah blah

These are symptoms of ANTIsmokers, evinced in their postings here.

They're all wound tight.

See Vox's missives.

Ask them a question, they answer another.

Check the timestamps.

I don't get headaches, I give them to other people.

Antis often feign coughs.

Only the pregnant ones.

Is that good or bad? How much can a koala bear? A sausage short of a BBQ. He's got a few
roos loose in the top paddock.

Gimme a break.

who hasent heard this all before? i went to health in highschool! i'm
not daft, posting messages like this only floods the board, and
moreover, nobody cares! if i get cancer i'll quit, it's really that
simple, lance armstrong beat cancer and he's won the tour de france
like 25 times! so i think i'll be fine, sadly enough i've heard so many
more non-smoke related cancer cases recently than anything else,
everyone has a risk for cancer, why not choose which one you want
rather than have it chosen at randome, lung cancer sounds better than
brain cancer to me... but maybe you would perfer to have it in your
colon? isent that your perfered entry route anyways? well get a grip
and post something we havent heard yet!

You've got the reading comprehension problem.

I'll bet you're one of those junkies who think when they
get cancer all they have to do is quit smoking and everything
will be fine.

Well, look, junkie, it doesn't work that way. One day you
don't have cancer, the next day you find out you do.
Then the doctor tells you you have less than a year to live.

So then do you quit smoking? What would be the point?

Go to a cancer ward and see how many lung cancer victims
are still smoking. Count them. Come back with a percentage.
Don't rely of statistics you get over the 'Net. Find out
for yourself how many smokers and nonsmokers get lung cancer.

Find out, chickenshit coward.

Lost your bet. Cancer doesn't descriminate between smoker, non-smoker, ex-smoker or anti-smoker.

Your wrong again. Doctors do not know how long you will live once you are diagnosed with cancer.

Now you're getting it. There was no reason for you to quit smoking.

We all have different methods to entertain ourselves. Yours is a bit sick.

Name calling, how impressive! Most of us quit name-calling in kindergarten,
perhaps that is the level of your emotional maturity.

Sez the nicotine addict.

They can get to within a few weeks. They've had plenty of
practice. Ask a doctor. Or are you too afraid to go to one.
Afraid he'll tell you to dump nicotine. Which, of course,
chickenshit addicts are too frightened even to contemplate.

I owe my good health today on quitting more than 30 years ago.
Too bad you can't say--without lying--the same

Not as sick as you've been all these many years, huffer.

Prove you're not a coward by visiting a cancer ward and
ask them if it was worth it.

What do you say? What is the percentage of people with cancer who are smokers vs. non-smokers?

I have watched doctors be wrong time and time again when predicting the
amount of time one has left.

Nope. He never has.

True, I cannot say the same because I didn't quit 30 years ago. I am,
however, in very good health today.

How sick has he been?

What makes you think he has anything to prove to you? What an ego on this
guy!

You have to realize Bruce, most smokers are not nicotine addicts like your
were. They smoke for enjoyment.

They can only get within a few weeks if they are giving you prescription
drugs that hasten your demise. Quite common practice.

Too bad you can't say the same for your mental health.

I'll race you up a hill anytime.

If I had any perversions they would be kept quite private. So, how would
you come to that conclusion? Crystal Ball?

I unlike you, am a gentlemen and would not participate in such rude
behavior.
