Problem is this. Person who creates PDF sends it to me with the Fast Web Open under Properties marked YES (I believe it is the default setting). When I send it to our web guy to put on the site, he takes a look at it and sees that it has changed to NO. So our visitors to the site (especially the ones with dial-up modems) have to put up with the glacial slowness of opening that document. My web guy only has Reader, so he can't go in there and change the setting. Is there any other way to correct it? And why does it do that? Thank you - John A. Clark
