OS: Windows 2000 Pro and Acrobat 5

I'd be grateful if someone could explain the following process: when I insert PDF do***ents with bookmarked pages into another PDF do***ent,I get the filename of the inserted do***ent, along with the bookmark nested underneath the filename. What I'd like to do is just get the bookmark and not the filename. When I insert PDF docs into an open file at home on my Windows XP OS, I just get the bookmark, not the filename, which is what I would like to do at work.

Can anyone be so kind as to explain this process to me, and whether or not I can just insert the bookmarked pages instead of having them nested under the filename? Many thanks to all who reply.
