Default Making a new PDF show yellow edits for NoteBook

I'm trying to load Acrobat Pro 9.0 PDFs into something called NoteBook - I don't think the details of NoteBook are important here. The PDFs load in two ways, but I'm seeking a third. The PDFs can load, and function, just as if I'm using Acrobat within NoteBook - but then I can't use NoteBook features to add "yellow stickies", "flags" and other items I'd like to add as part of NoteBook. The other way it works is that I can make the PDF a background for NoteBook, and then add all the yellow stickies I want. The problem is that in this last case, the editing comments that I made within Acrobat are all absent and I only see the original PDF do***ent. Ultimately, I would like Acrobat to make a single PDF, or other type of file, that contains just what I see when I am editing, including the edit comments, although they will no longer be active. Exporting to jpeg, eps, tiff almost worked, but the images were too grainy - they lost the readability of the original PDF.

I do think if you'd like help from us volunteers that you describe what NoteBook is. I've never heard of it. A Google search yielded Google NoteBook, but I doubt that it was ever designed to do what you're doing with Acrobat 9 Pro.

Robert,

I use Notebook, but not as you suggest. What you want to do is flatten
you do***ent. However, you need to be careful how you add comments in
Acrobat. If you use text edit, the typewriter tool, and the textbox tool
in Acrobat you should be fine in Notebook.
