Navigating through import variable data within a Form

I have a form that represents a certificate. This certificate has a text field allowing us to add names in order to personalize the certificate. I have 147 names to import and save as PDFs. There's gotta be a way to navigate the nodes of my .xpd within the Form, right? There's gotta be a way.
