Camera interference
The uppermost camera layer is always the active camera. Any 3D layers in the timeline, above and below the camera in the timeline, will be affected by the camera. If you don't want a specific layer to be affected, switch off 3D for the layer. If you still need 3D capabilities (like rotations) for the layer, you'll need to precompose the 3D layer so that the precomp is 2D.
