Default Text Question



I was trying to figure out a way to extrude the text I will try shatter. I do have Zaxwerks and lightwave 3d but just haven't used those programs and plug in yet. Need some kind of maual on them.

Not an easy answer.
You could use "shatter" to extrude the text, or get a dedicated Plug In (read: Zaxwerks Invigorator) for this purpose. You can also try to fake extrusion with the "echo" effect.
Enabling a layer's 3D option will allow for transformations on the XYZ planes, but will not extrude geometry for you.

Easy answer probally but when creating text and turning on 3d how can you give the text depth and make it 3d? Thanks

Zaxwerks would be perfect for this. Is should have software documentation that installed with the plug-in. Lightwave would be overkill for just 3D text considering you already have Zaxwerks.
