Photoshop elements 2.02
Windows XP
HP Pavilion 763N
HP P1000 printer
512mb
I had photoshop elements installed. I uninstalled that and installed photoshop elements 2.
With the older version I could right click on a photo and with the open with option, Adobe photoshop elements was there.
With Photoshop elements 2 it is not there in the open with window.
How do I get it there?
Thank you,
David D. Smith

Dave,

Have you checked under "Program Files" / and then "Adobe"? If PSE2 is not
listed somewhere under Program files there is something wrong since it is
listed on your add/remove programs list.

If you should try a reinstall you must not only uninstall the program but
also manually delete and program folders that were left behind after the
uninstall. (either do a search for "adobe" or open windows explorer and
look for any file folders that are named adobe).

One other thought though; when you double click a jpg image file does it
open "Windows Picture Viewer"? If yes,.... down at the bottom of the
screen there is an icon just to the left of the question mark that "closes
the viewer and opens the picture for editing". What program opens when you
do that? (provided that option is there).
