Photo Album - how to import JPEGs from Windows explorer?

Hi,

With most graphics formats I can right-click them from the Windows
explorer and get an option to 'Import into Photo Album'. However, with
JPEGS (.JPG) I don't see this option. Why? Can it be 'fixed'?
