In both PE2 and PS 7 -- on both an Epson Stylus Photo 780 and an Epson 2200,they will not print a 1,2,3 or 4 point border around the photos. In almost every case it prints about 6 or 7 inches vertically and about the same horizontally around the photo – and it doesn’t matter how big the photo - and then it just stops printing the border. The rest of the picture prints fine.

What is going on and how can I fix this? I have to have borders around
my photos.
