I am trying to find a .tif image to calibrate the colour of my monitor/printer.

Do you have a scanner?

My scanner software (HP DeskScan II) generates a color target which can be
printed, then scanned to calibrate things. Perhaps you already have
something similar?

If you are using a CRT, did you calibrate your monitor with the included Adobe Gamma Utility in the Control Panel?
