Portrait photography to optimize Extract Filter

Is there a way to attach a file to this thread/ I have been unsuccessful with the extract filter. Need some critiques on file...

Upload your sample file to a personal webserver and copy the URL here for people to click. There are lots of free webservers out there. Once you're setup with one, the process is pretty painless.
