Filter Window in CS Photoshop

I mis-typed a bit in my original post. I meant the DPI set to Large in the driver, not the fonts. Can you verify that your DPI is set to normal. My instructions above are for XP.

As to this being a Photoshop problem, it's posible but we would likely have had feedback from users by now.
