GoLiveCS still running in background after closing program

You might want to post this in the GoLive forum.

After shutting down GoLiveCS I sometimes notice that my computer seems to be "dragging" a bit. Lo and behold, when I check the Windows Task Manager (XP Professional), GoLive is STILL running, and often with 2 or 3 instances, in the background and sucking up my memory. Anyone know what's up with this?
