Here's a newsletter I made in GoLive CS2:

It looks fine in IE.

However, when using the IE option "send page by email" (File>Send>Page by
Email) it opens in my Outlook 2002 with a corrupted border on top--there's a
gap. What's supposed to be in the gap appears, instead, right at the very
bottom of the email.

Can you reproduce this?

Do you know how I might fix it?
