Default Crash when Changing malto Hyperlink in Resources

I am getting a crash - Adobe GoLive has encountered a problem....

When I click on more info I get a long output error report - it says it saves it to: C:\DOCUME~1\Steve\LOCALS~1\Temp\daf_appcompat.txt

However it's not there.

So what should I do next. I have no idea where to turn. Adobe Crash Knowledgebase was not helpful. I went down to where things got way too involved and not seeming to relate to this issue - like windows setup etc. I updated my graphics drivers, XP updated to latest, removed temp files, removed preference files, etc. No help.

Since this is only with this one instance and everything else seems to work fine... It pretty much says check everything - not at all usefull. I think they should have added - get a new computer and use another application as solutions! Actually it's probably a good article to use for any unknown crashes for any application - however I need something specific for this crash before I start fiddling with my system - which is pretty much optimized for me and does not have any extraneous apps running in the BG.

Is there a way to force the error log to save somewhere else? Is there some other log to look at in Windows? I use XP

When is GL crashing?

(It may be easier to fix the problem than get the log file to save somewhere else)
