I have read all messages about "no browser available in GoLive 6" and saw a response from Martin who replied that some help might be available at this address, <http://www.adobeforums.com/cgi-bin/webx/.3bc2efae/1>. I get a "not found" 404 message. I would like to figure out why my browsers are grayed out in the browser preferences of GoLive 6 . I can't preview my web designs in a browser window because of this annoying bug. I run OS 10.4.11 on my iBook G4. Any help would be great.

Yes, that thread seems to be gone for good.

However if I recall correctly John mentioned one workaround that
involved starting GL6 in the Classic environment and adding browsers
from there - that seemed to work.

That said, at some point during the upgrade cycle of 10.4, the preview
button in GL6 stopped working with *any browsers* I had set up already.
Now it only brings up an empty browser window, so I need to resort to
dragging and dropping the page from GL's site window onto a browser
window - not ideal, but better than nothing.
