How do I use an WAMP on my PC with GoLive?

Can anyone help me set up GoLive to use my Apche/MySql/PHP on my own PC? I have pages with PHP in them but if I click on a browser in the toolbar option in GL it doesn't use my localhost.

I am sure this will be documented somewhere but I am not even sure how to search on it.
