I have some old phpBB forums. they all contain tpl files, that i always have been able to edit in GoLive.

Today i had to download another phpBB site that im going to make some changes to. I downloadet the whole site and tryde to open the . tpl files, but they open as stikkers ? .. i then tryde (true the "get info" in OSX) to set the "open with" to golive. But when i klikd on them nothing happen, GoLive didt open, but the do***ent did not ??

I then went to websettings, and under file mapping added a surfix tpl to the list with the same settings as text files. and now i can open the files, but ONLY from inside GL ... OSX stil wants them to be stikkers..

Anny ideers on why i can opne edit my old tpl files as i always has don (the all open in GL also frome the desktop) but not new tpl files ???

Did you already use File > Get Info on one of the new files in the Mac finder, assign it to Open With GoLive, and hit the "change all" button?

Yes ...
It accepts the open with GL.. but when i klick the change all it goes back to stickers...

The actual GL question/problem is:

Why dit my GL open my old .tpl files without me having to go to websettings, and under file mapping added the tpl surfix to the list.
But whit the one i recently have downloade i had to do that to get GL to open them ??

The old files was frome a old phpBB forum that i have made some time ago (download from phpBB.com,
and the new files that i cudn't open also is from a phpBB forum that i youst downloade true GL's ftp
Both files ste are phpBB2.0.3
