Text Block Changes Position when previewd

Good day to all,

can someone please tell me how can I make my block of text stay in one position when previewing in any browser?

I created a block of simple text put it in a specific location on my page but when I preview it appears in a completely new place on the page....

Please help.

Can you post a link to your page so we can see what's going on? Is it possible that the block of text (layer?) is positioned from the top left edge of the page but the rest of the page content is centered?
