Arrrggghhh, why was Command-Control-Tab killed in CS??

How am I supposed to quickly toggle the white and the black selection tools now???
It was bad enough when Apple hijacked Command-Tab, now I got used to Command-Control-Tab and that was taken out too??? >

Edit > Keyboard Shortcuts > Menu Commands > Other Select

Set it whatever you want

There's also a haxie called Pull Tab which will restore the Cmd-Tab to the applications. I'm using it in 10.3.9. I don't know if it will work in 10.4. Look for it on versiontracker.com.

For some reason it won't take Command-Control-Tab...I had to set it to Command-Option-Tab instad... :_(

Since I hate the Dock, I got used to switching applications by Command-Tab instead...
