I am trying to create a map in Illustrator CS2 using Mapublisher 7. I set my page size and then import shapefiles. It does not import at the scale I would like, so I set the scale to 1:50000. All data looks fine at this point, but when I try to load in additional data, this data is either shifted from where it should be or is placed in the completely wrong location. All of data is in the same projection, so this should not be an issue. I've tried clicking the box next to "Resize MAP view to fit" and leaving it blank, and it doesn't seem to matter. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.
